Let your tables order and pay from their phone.
Your customers open your site, pick their table, order and pay, and it goes straight to the kitchen with the table number at the top of the docket. Fewer walks to the till, and the next round gets ordered while someone is still deciding on pudding. It suits pubs, cafes, restaurants and venues.

What it does for a busy room.
Fewer trips to the till
A table orders and pays on their phone, so your staff carry food and drink, not orders back and forth to a screen.
Straight to the kitchen
The order reaches you by email as a kitchen ticket with the table number at the top, loud, so it goes to the right table the first time.
A bigger round
People add another drink or a pudding when ordering is in their hand and nobody has to be flagged down for it.
What it costs, next to your card machine.
| How the money comes in | What you pay on a card | On a £25 round |
|---|---|---|
| A card machine | roughly 1.2% to 1.75% | about 30p to 44p |
| Rowbo Basic | from 1.5% + 20p per card payment | about £0.58, plus the monthly fee |
| Rowbo Medium | from 1.5% + 20p per card payment | about £0.58, plus the monthly fee |
| Rowbo Bespoke | from 1.5% + 20p per card payment | about £0.58, plus the monthly fee |
Card machine rates from Square, SumUp and Dojo, checked 6 October 2026; our card rate checked 3 October 2026. Ordering plans are £50, £149 or from £349 a month per location.
A card machine costs less per payment, and it takes the payment. This takes the order and the payment, so a drink is rung up without anyone walking to the bar. The case for it is the hour of staff time you get back on a full night, not the card rate.

- What do my customers need?
- Just their phone. They open your site, choose their table, order and pay. There is nothing to download.
- Does it change how we take payment now?
- No. This is for orders at the table. Keep your card machine for the counter and the walk-ins; nothing there has to change.
- Who holds the money?
- You do. Card payments go straight into your own Stripe account, in your business name. The money never sits with us.
- Do I need a QR code on each table?
- Not yet. A QR code per table is coming. For now your customers choose their table when they order, so you can start today.
- Is there a contract?
- No. You pay monthly and you can stop whenever you want.
