What do I need in the kitchen?

Nothing to start with. Every order reaches you by email as a kitchen ticket, which you read on any phone, tablet or screen. You do not need the apps’ tablet. A Star CloudPRNT printer that prints each order on its own is something we are adding, and we set one up when you want it.

How much does Just Eat charge restaurants?

Just Eat charges about 14% plus 50p on each order you deliver yourself, so a £25 order costs you around £4 before VAT. A Rowbo site takes the order for you instead. The card payment goes straight to your own bank, and ordering is from £50 a month per location, with the card fee on each payment.

What you get with your own site

We turn your Google listing into a website with your menu on it, ready for you to check. Customers order for collection or from your own drivers, and pay by card into your own Stripe account. Each order reaches you by email as a kitchen ticket. Cash orders are fine, and nothing ties you in.
